Thank you for shopping with us. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure the quality of every Ximonth Gel product. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of Ximonth Gel, we do not accept returns for opened or used items.
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
You received the wrong item
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product
Once we receive and inspect the returned Ximonth item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund for your Ximonth order after 10 business days:

We only replace Ximonth items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used Ximonth Gel products
Items marked as “final sale”
Gift cards
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective Ximonth product).
